Three CD set recorded live at the Bayou Club in Washington, DC, January 1959. Two authentic geniuses of their respective instruments, Coleman Hawkins and Roy Eldridge complemented each other perfectly and loved to play together. The Bayou performances were privately taped in 1958 during a one-night engagement in Washington.

2008 release containing tenor saxophonist Lester Young's complete Jazz Giants '56 septet session accompanied by some of the finest swing musicians of the period. The Poll Winners trio was based on guitarist Barney Kessel, bassist Ray Brown, and drummer Shelly Manne, who each managed to place first on his instrument in the 1956 Down Beat, Metronome, and Playboy readers' polls, a remarkable feat given the range from hardcore jazz fans to casual generalists who read the magazines.

This release presents the complete master takes by Gerry Mulligan's original 1952-53 piano-less quartet with Chet Baker. These recordings would prove enormously influential and set the groundwork for many other groups. However, Mulligan and Baker's paths would separate afterward and they would not record more than a couple of albums together.
